Marquee

​​Many couples love the idea of an outdoor wedding, but with the Great British weather it can be tricky (although, have to just mention, Norfolk is apparently the driest county). The solution is to have a marquee, but trying to find one that really fits in wit​h a country setting is difficult as nowadays they are often made of man made materials, terribly expensive to hire and complicated to arrange flooring, power and furnishings.

Here at The Keeper and the Dell,  our wonderful marquee is part of the deal ~ there are no hidden high costs for hiring this beautiful  marquee. We're very proud of our marquee and rightly so as it is beautifully vintage, handmade in Norfolk with a traditional canvas, strong wooden poles and British made coconut matting. Our marquee is literally a blank canvas, ready for you to decorate & add your own little touches that you’ve either made or you have picked up along the way. Should you not wish to do any decor yourself, we're always on hand with styling and can recommend great local prop people. The marquee can be furnished with whichever styling you prefer but looks particularly good with the handmade vintage trestle tables & wooden chairs that we have available, either set up as long banquet tables or as a more relaxed bistro setting.

The Marquee is such a great space for dining, and with it's ample space, high ceilings, full power, it's also the perfect area for your chosen band or DJ to set up for an evening of entertainment & dancing. We really want all our Couples to feel happy & relaxed in the knowledge that all the bigger worries have been taken care of and they are going to have their dream outdoor wedding, without the wonderful English weather spoiling their perfect day.
