Nest & Rest ~ SOLD OUT
A gentle afternoon of nature, good company and seasonal nourishment. No worksheets, no pressure. Just time to slow down, gather, and let spring do what it does best ~ lift the sap and loosen the mind.
Here’s how the afternoon will unfold:
12:00pm ~ Arrival & welcome drink in the Dell. Ochi kombucha in hand, you’ll be welcomed by host Lolly Streek who’ll gently open the afternoon ~ setting the tone for rest, reconnection and the symbolism of the season.
12:15pm ~ Nature walk with Hanna. Walk the Birch Garden and quiet paths of the Dell, tuning into birdsong and seasonal shifts. Hanna’s background in green woodwork and nature-based wellbeing brings a calm, curious lens to the gentle walk. No fitness needed, just comfortable shoes and a willingness to listen.
1:00pm – Seasonal courtyard picnic by Katie of Little Pie Patisserie ~ her food is always generous, always nourishing. We’ve paired it with a curated selection wine by DrinkWell, who are changing the conversation around wine and wellness, for those who care about what’s in their glass, but still want to enjoy it fully.
2:00pm – We’ll move into the Barn for something sweet and soulful: tea and scones, and a short talk from Maddie of Mela Finds on the ways nature and creativity are deeply entwined in Indian craft and textile traditions.
Onwards – Time to yourself. Wander in the Birch Garden, Rest in a Hygge Hut, Chat in the Courtyard, or even try your hand at Lawn Bowls. Lolly will then bring the circle together to share a quiet seasonal closing with nest reflections and tree symbolism before we gently end the day.
This gathering is designed to reconnect you with nature, with yourself, and with like-minded souls. A space to rest, to reflect, and maybe even share some of the new ideas quietly unfurling within you. Open to all women, girls, gays, and beautifully diverse genders ~ held gently and inclusively.
Spring is a time for new beginnings ~ but true creativity often flows from stillness.
In the calm, the mind can settle, and something deeper can take root.
