A Wedding Plan​​

The Keeper and the Dell is an Approved Venue, fully licensed for Marriages & Civil Ceremonies. Norfolk Council can perform the legal Ceremony, perfectly combining the 'official bit' with the relaxed styling of the Dell.

Alternatively, you can have your ceremony elsewhere and then come to us for a beautiful reception. There are some beautiful churches in the area and a super registry office at Norwich Castle. You are also welcome to create a ceremony that is unique to you with either a local celebrant, a humanist service or perhaps a close family friend with whom you can choose words & sentiments that truly reflect you as a couple.

 

We don’t insist you use any particular caterers or suppliers for your own wedding, we’re more than happy for you to use whichever ones you fancy, or we're happy to recommend those we've fallen in love with along the way. Check out our Norfolk Love page for recommendations.

We don't allow own catering but your very welcome to make your Day even more individual by having your friends & family bring in cakes they have made especially for your occasion. Nothing breaks the ice like a 'Cake Competition'!

 

We also have the perfect area for a bar, with brilliant Helpers who can look after your guests and the beverages throughout the day, from the Welcome Drinks, Celebration & Speeches until the last pint of night in the Bar. Unlike many other venues, we don’t charge silly things like corkage for any wine or fizz you wish to bring for your meal or speeches, and we're able to help with any evening bar arrangements.
