Rates

The Keeper and the Dell is a beautifully secluded, multi-use outdoor venue with a rustic charm. We're perfect for Weddings, Wakes, Workshops, Work Retreats, Team Meetings, Supper Clubs, Wellness Weekends, Product Launches, Photoshoots, and more. While we’re currently taking a short break from being licensed for legal ceremonies, many couples love bringing their own unique ceremonies to our space or choosing a nearby church or registry office for the official part. Our venue is available for weddings on summer weekends and for all other bookings throughout the week and year, including intimate elopements and groovy gatherings.

As every event here is so unique, our charges depend on your specific needs and the spaces you wish to hire. It’s best to contact us directly so we can discuss your vision and provide a personalised quote, but here’s a general idea of our rates:

Your Celebrations at The Keeper and the Dell include ~

Exclusive use of the Dell, Traditional Norfolk Marquee, Birch Garden, Paddock, Barn, Saloon, and Camp Kitchen for up to 75 guests.

Friday preparation from 11am to 4pm. All-day Saturday from 11am to 11pm. Camping in the Birch Garden until Sunday at 11am.

We can also connect you with some wonderful local vendors for catering, music, photography, and accommodation.

 

SUMMER 2025 RATE ~ £6500
LITTLE LOVE RATE 2025 (up to 30 guests/no camping) ~ £4500

Special Offer: We’re paying the love forward this winter with a few Summer 2025 Saturdays  at £1000 off.

  • Funeral Wakes & Remembrance Days ~ from £750

  • The Little Red Chapel Studio Hire with use of Camp Kitchen ~ from £75 per hour (minimum three hours)

  • Courtyard Experience ~ Barn, Camp Kitchen, Saloon, Covered Corners, and Courtyard ~ from £350 half day

  • Time in the Dell ~ Pavilion, Den, Cabin Deck, Dell, and Birch Gardens (plus marquee in summer)~ from £350 half day

  • Access All Areas ~ All of the above and more ~ from £750
